Background

The Xiamen bureau needed a mobile app to pair with its project survey-control system. Besides core surveying features, it required batch road-parameter management and large-scale centerline/edge stake coordinate computation on the platform side, which manual methods made extremely inefficient.

Solution

ApeSurvey customized the mobile app on top of the public ApeSurvey build, syncing app-recorded data to the platform in real time. After the first success, the bureau added a license for the road-parameter input & computation SDK, integrated into the web-based system for online batch parameter entry and automatic centerline/edge stake coordinates.

Background

The municipal bureau needed digitized survey-data management. Under the old model coordinates were handed off via WeChat and paper, causing entry errors, missing approvals and lost staking records, with high risk of survey accidents.

Solution

ApeSurvey built the whole system (web platform + mobile app). Centering on survey data, it implemented a three-step flow of entry → review → leadership approval, and allocated staking data by task to specific people. The app was deeply customized from the public ApeSurvey build.

Integrated instrument-link SDK for unified multi-brand communication

Background

The second harbor bureau’s survey management platform handles personnel, instruments and data. When building the companion app, it hit a hard problem: the dozens of total station and RTK brands on the market each use different protocols, making per-brand adaptation slow and costly to maintain.

Solution

ApeSurvey integrated its instrument-link SDK into the app, wrapping 20+ brands’ protocol differences into a single, unified API. The development team connects and reads instruments with a few lines of code, without touching low-level Bluetooth/Wi-Fi details.
